Refund & Returns Policy

At Icons, we strive to ensure all our deliveries reach their intended recipient each and every time. Should your product be damaged in transit or if you believe you have identified a fault, please contact our team on 1800 200 476 or email at info@iconsofsport.com.au to coordinate a repair or replacement.

We are unable to accept cancellation or refund requests due to the limited edition and bespoke nature of some of our products. Most of our items are specially produced to order or are procured from very limited supply, as such, each is a Firm Sale, and a change of mind cancellation or refund request will not be accepted. Icons of Sport will not accept any returns for a change of mind.

If Icons of Sport cannot fulfill your order, it will be refunded in full.

Any currency conversion, if required, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and their financial institution and/or credit card provider. As such, when your credit card (or any other payment process) is used, if any currency conversion is necessary, it will be completed by your credit card provider and not by Icons of Sports.
