John Travolta is an American actor, director, screenwriter, producer, singer, dancer, musician and pilot. He first became well known in the 1970s, after appearing on the television series Welcome Back, Kotter (1975–1979) and starring in the box office successes Saturday Night Fever and Grease.

Vincent Vega is a hitman based in Los Angeles, working for mob boss Marsellus Wallace. His partner and best friend is Jules Winnfield. In the film, Vincent is tasked with Jules to visit a gang of students in a flat to retrieve a briefcase belonging to Marsellus.
