4 Steps to a Successful Event

  1. Contact Icons to book in your event.  For large scale events we recommend a 6 month planning lead time, so we can secure marquee products and experiences.

 

  1. Select your items, Icons staff will assist in selecting the right number of items to suit your event as well as the mix to optimise your sales.

 

  1. Icons will arrange all items, bid sheets, payments, set up and pull down (if required) at your event as well as being present on the day or evening (if required)

 

  1. We will set up your auction to ensure theming and display matches your event as well as ensuring donated items are displayed and presented as a priority.
